*Petitions and all other related filing materials may be obtained at Kishwaukee College from Emily Cahill, Room C2160 Administration, any time during regular office hours, 8 am-4 pm Monday through Thursday. The Administrative Offices are located on the second floor of Kishwaukee College’s Student Center on the Malta campus. The election is conducted by the county clerk of each county in which Kishwaukee College is located. Nominating petitions are obtained and filed at Kishwaukee College in Malta, IL.
Petitions for nomination to the Kishwaukee College Board of Trustees are available from the Office of the Administrative Coordinator to the President and Board of Trustees (C2160) at Kishwaukee College. Nomination papers may be obtained from Emily Cahill, Administrative Coordinator to the President and the Board of Trustees, starting on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2024. The election will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
The first day for filing nominating petitions is Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024, and the last day for filing is Monday, Nov. 18, 2024. Petitions are to be filed in the Office of the Administrative Coordinator to the President and Board of Trustees (C2160) at Kishwaukee College between the hours of 8 am-4 pm Tuesday-Friday, Nov. 12-Nov. 15 and 8 am-5 pm on Monday, Nov. 18.

Trustees are elected at-large from Kishwaukee College District 523. Two seats on the Board will be filled in the consolidated election on April 1, 2025. The seats are for full, six-year terms. Trustees whose terms expire are Kathy Spears (Shabbona) and Kathy Watkins (DeKalb).
