Kish may be the first step toward a bachelor’s degree or more. We pride ourselves on creating a seamless transition for students who are looking to further their education. And there are plenty of benefits in making Kish your first stop in higher education.
Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses give students the training and hands-on context to take on high-demand jobs immediately after Kish. You will learn real-world skills for the career of your choice. Fast-track programs are also available to help students join the workforce as soon as possible.
Earn your GED. Learn English as a second language. Gain job skills needed to enter the workforce. Everyone’s education journey is different. It’s never too late to improve basic skills.
Get a jump start on your college education with dual credit while you’re in high school. Kish partners with area high schools to provide a variety of opportunities.

Kishwaukee College has announced the winning selections of the 2025 Juried High School Student Art Exhibition. The exhibition showcased two-dimensional and three-dimensional artwork from Kishwaukee College district high schools, including DeKalb, Hiawatha, Indian Creek, Oregon, Rochelle and Sycamore high schools.
