Kishwaukee College will host the 2022 Juried High School Student Art and Creative Writing Exhibition March 15, 2022, through April 14, 2022. The exhibition is open to district high school students and allows regional artists and writers an opportunity to build their exhibition resumé by displaying their original artwork in a professional gallery setting, earning prizes, and learning more about pursuing a college education in art or creative writing.
Each local high school instructor may submit up to 25 works of student art or written pieces (prose or poetry). Visual artwork submissions must be categorized by media. The exhibition will be juried by Kishwaukee College art faculty. Creative Writing submissions should be categorized as prose or poetry, and the entries will be juried by Kishwaukee College English faculty.
A special thank you goes out to the area high schools and students that entered work to make this exhibition happen.
Thank you to all who worked to make this exhibition possible.
