Workforce Training for Employers
Kishwaukee College partners with businesses to provide workforce training programs that strengthen employee skills and improve workplace performance. Training can be customized for your organization and delivered on-site, online or at the college.

Small Business Development
The Business Growth Academy helps small business owners assess their operations, identify opportunities for growth and strengthen leadership and financial planning skills.
Participants gain practical tools to support long-term business success.
Workshops That Work provides practical training sessions for small business owners and teams. Topics may include hiring, process improvement, financial management and customer service.
Kishwaukee College works with regional organizations to support entrepreneurs and small business owners. These partners provide coaching, funding guidance and business development resources for startups and growing companies.
Kishwaukee College partners with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Waubonsee Community College to provide advising, training and support for entrepreneurs in the Kish district.
