How Student Employment Works
- Search for Open Positions
- Visit the Employment Opportunities page and select Student Worker Job Postings.
- Apply Online: Submit your application and upload required documents:
- Resume
- Class schedule
- Financial aid award letter (if applicable)
- Interview Process: Departments will review applications and contact selected candidates for interviews.
- Complete Hiring Requirements: If offered a position, you’ll complete onboarding tasks before starting.
Requirements and Important Information
- Background check required for all positions
- Maximum of 20 hours per week
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours (fall and spring)
- Paid twice monthly
- Students applying under Federal Work-Study (FWS)
- FWS does not guarantee a position
- Must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
