IT Help Desk Portal

The IT Help Desk can assist with student technology services, device access and campus technology questions.

Join Campus Wi-Fi

Students can connect to KishID Wi-Fi on personal devices while on campus using their Kishwaukee College login credentials.

Before You Begin

• Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled on your device
• Select KishID from the list of available networks
• Use your Kishwaukee College username and password to sign in
  • Your username is everything before @kish.edu. For example, if your email is kkougar@kish.edu, your username is kkougar.
• Note: Some devices may ask you to trust a certificate or confirm security settings during setup—select 'Trust' or 'Okay' to complete the setup

Printing On Campus

Students can print from a personal device on campus. Use the map below to find the student printing location and access printing services.

To print from your personal device:

• Connect to KishID Wi-Fi while on campus
• Follow the setup steps for your device
• Send your print job
• Release your document at the print station using your KishID
  • Your username is everything before @kish.edu. For example, if your email is kkougar@kish.edu, your username is kkougar.
