Kishwaukee College will include all fees and textbooks in the cost of tuition starting in the Summer 2025 semester.

Current Tuition Costs

Tuition rates are based on your residency status—in-district, out-of-district, or out-of-state/international. Visit our residency page to learn more and determine your rate.

  • In-District: $160 per credit hour*
  • Out-of-District: $320 per credit hour*
  • Out-of-State (or International): $480 per credit hour*

*A variable tuition rate of $80 per credit hour, in addition to the standard tuition rate, will be applied to all courses in Automotive Technology, Diesel Power Technology, Esthetics, Radiologic Technology, Registered Nursing, Technology & Manufacturing, Therapeutic Massage and Welding Technology programs.

  1. Estimate your Tuition: Use the Tuition Estimator to estimate your specific class schedule based on 15 credits per semester.
  2. Apply Variable Tuition: Variable tuition is applied to programs that require specialized equipment, equipment maintenance costs and high contact hours of instruction.
  3. Textbooks: As part of the "All-In" Tuition program, textbooks are included with your tuition charges. You may choose to opt out of receiving your textbooks. Learn more on the Textbooks page.
