Pre-Veterinary
Vets play a critical role for many families. People with the long-term goal of becoming a veterinarian can start their education with us. We get you a solid foundation in important subjects such as biology, chemistry, physics and math as well as animal science coursework. Our program is designed as the first step for those intending to becoming board certified veterinarians.
In our pre-vet program, you may:
- Earn an Associate in Science degree with a focus on necessary coursework to transfer into a Pre-Veterinary Bachelor's degree program

- Veterinarians can specialize in domestic pets, exotic animals, or large animals.
- Many veterinarians run their own private practice, though they may also work in universities, zoos, wildlife rescues, and other settings.
