Let's Vote! is a voter education program at Kishwaukee College. We provide resources to help
students and other community members learn about voting and find all of the information
they need to become confident, informed voters. Let's Vote! is committed to providing nonpartisan resources and information. Our Let's Vote! team is composed of Kishwaukee College instructors, staff, and students.
Note:To register to vote online in Illinois, you must have an Illinois driver's license or state ID with you, and you need to know the last four digits of your Social Security

Election Judges
Election judges help to oversee the election process. Qualifications include:
Be a citizen of the United States
Be able to speak, read and write the English language
Be skilled in the four fundamental rules of arithmetic
Complete required training
Be registered to vote in DeKalb County or be enrolled in a university or community
college and have at least a 3.0 GPA
Be available to work from 5:15 am to at least 8 pm on Election Day.
Compensation for Election Judges varies from county to county. To see specific information
for each county within the Kishwaukee College district or to register, visit:
Election judges are through Illinois County Clerk offices and not Kishwaukee College.
All questions about becoming an election judge should be directed to the County Clerk
office.
Deputy Registrars
Deputy registrars accept voter registrations at any time except during the 27-day
period before each election.
Kishwaukee College will offer six Fast-Track training programs during the Spring 2025 semester. Kish Fast-Track programs provide students with the expertise needed to meet local workforce demands. The programs range from 8-15 weeks, allowing students to immediately start a career or build upon skills with additional training.
Kishwaukee College will host three upcoming information sessions for high school students interested in the Early College Program or Engineering, Math & Science Academy (EMSA). The information sessions are open to current high school sophomores and juniors along with their parents/guardians.
