Flexible Hyrbid Schedule

Kish offers eligible employees a hybrid work schedule. This flexibility allows employees to work 1-2 days remote during the week.

Four-Day Summer Work Week

Kish adopts a four-day summer work week beginning in May and ending in August. During this 12-week period, employees work one additional hour Monday-Thursday and receive paid time off on Friday.

Kish Fast-Track programs provide students with the skills and training needed to meet local workforce demands.
