Kishwaukee College to offer “This Year Make Your Holidays Meaningful: Holiday Stress Management Workshop 2020”

Kishwaukee College — Community Education will offer “This Year Make Your Holidays Meaningful: Holiday Stress Management Workshop 2020” at 7:00 pm Tuesday, Dec. 15 via Zoom.

Michelle Govan, certified Stress Management consultant, will share tips on how to say NO to holiday expectations and how to say YES to holiday peace and love. She will help you find the strength to “just be” as you bask in the glow of your own holiday decorations, listen to lovely holiday music and reflect on the reason for the season — love and peace.
