Closing Reception

Kishwaukee College will hold a 50th anniversary closing reception on Tuesday, December 11 from 4:00 – 5:00 pm in the Kishwaukee College Art Gallery on campus. The event will be held in conjunction with the closing of Faces of Kish, a gallery show featuring portraits of the Kish College community created by Miles Halpern, Assistant Professor of Art at Kish. The 50th anniversary closing reception is free and open to the public.

The event will feature the Faces of Kish art exhibition, musical entertainment, appetizers, and a short program including closing of the 50th anniversary time capsule. The time capsule will be filled with student, faculty, and staff predictions about the future, and will remain closed until the College’s 75th anniversary in 2043.

Participants are asked to park in the B parking lot and enter through door #58.
