Our staff will contact you when it arrives at the Library. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to arrive. You’ll need to return or renew items by the due date listed. Most books and articles can be located at other libraries and delivered to the Kishwaukee Library within two weeks.
Materials placed in the Reserve Collection by your instructor are at the Circulation Desk. Loan periods are set by your instructor. The list of materials on Reserve for your class can be seen on this web site at the Course Reserve Tab of the Library Catalog.
College students and staff affiliated with any of the I-Share Libraries in Illinois are welcome to check out books and materials from the Kishwaukee College collection. You will just need your college ID/Library card and at least one photo ID. Please make an appointment for curbside pickup in Lot B near Door 58.
Most materials are checked out for three weeks. Check out periods for Reserve items are set by the instructor. You may check out as many circulating items as you need. Reference materials must remain in the library. Items may be renewed twice if no waiting list exists. All items may be renewed by phone at 815-825-9330, or online through My Account. Sign In (upper right corner) using your MyKC Kish ID Account.
Library books may be returned in the brown outdoor college drop box located under the light by the curb near the flag pole at the main entrance (door 6).
