What is Navigate-360?
Navigate-360 is an all-in-one student support platform that keeps you organized and
connected. It offers personalized to-do lists, appointment scheduling, and easy access
to advisors, resources, and your Care Team so you always know where to turn for help.
How do I log into Navigate-360?
Log into Navigate-360 using your Kish username and password. You can access Navigate-360
through myKish, D2L, or the advising webpage.
How do I schedule an appointment?
When logged into Navigate-360, click the plus (+) icon to schedule an appointment,
then select your service, date, time, meeting type, and add any comments before confirming.
Who is my assigned academic advisor?
When logged into Navigate-360, click on Appointments. Then click My Team. Your assigned
advisor will show there.
Why isn’t my updated class schedule showing in Navigate-360?
Course schedules are updated every 24 hours in Navigate360, so check back tomorrow
if you added or dropped a course that’s not appearing correctly.
What is a Hand Raise and how do I submit one?
A Hand Raise is a self-issued alert you can submit in Navigate-360 when you need assistance
or support. Log in, click the plus (+) icon, select Hand Raise, choose a reason, and
submit—your academic advisor will follow up within 24–48 hours.
Can I use Navigate-360 on my phone?
Yes. Download the Navigate Student app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Can I opt out of text messaging later if I change my mind?
You can opt in or out of Navigate-360 text messages anytime in Account/Notifications.
Keep your phone number updated—changes in Self-Service update both your student record
and Navigate-360, but changes made only in Navigate-360 won’t update your student
record.
