Description: Work Out Wednesdays are at-home exercises to do for the week to help clear your mind and to stay focused. These work outs are designed for minimal research, if any, and for you to have 20-30 minutes of time to better yourself. Here is this week's Work Out Wednesday: Warm-Up- 1 min each Jog in place High knees Jumping jacks Buttkicks Abs-crunches Conditioning- (lower body and abs) 20 reps, 3 rounds =10-15mins Line jumps (feet together/ side to side) Pushups or pushups with shoulder taps Russian ab twists Skier jumps (side to side) 1 minute break Drop squats- squat and explode into stance Sit ups Double Skiers- explode on landing into quick feet for a 4 count Lunges plank Cooldown- 1 minute each Quad stretch (:30sec each leg) Toe touch straight leg stretch Calf stretch (:30sec each leg) Superman motion Childs pose yoga stretch
