• Bicycles
• 1 min Plank
• Mountain climbers
• Russian twists
• Leg lifts
Legs: 30 reps
• Squats
• Walking lunges
• Step ups
• Side lunges
• Wide stance squats
Cooldown:
• 5-8 min walk or jog
