Esthetics
Esthetics
Esthetics professionals evaluate and care for the largest organ of the body — the skin. The skin is the most obvious reflection of overall health so appropriate and professional skin care is important. General psychological well-being for humans is impacted by feeling good about their appearance. These professionals provide complementary health care for people. Estheticians offer many services such as waxing, facials, extractions and body treatments typically in a spa or medical office.
In our esthetics program, you will:
- Gain a thorough foundation in esthetics techniques and practices, human biology, first aid, nutrition and ethics
- Complete clinicals in our beautiful on-campus student run spa frequented by the public
