There are a few different considerations to make when calculating your total cost of attending Kishwaukee College. Below is a three-step checklist to get you started.

STEP 1: DETERMINE WHICH CATEGORY IS RIGHT FOR YOU

Tuition Category Rates for the 2025-2026 Academic Year.

Step 2: Apply any applicable variable tuition

After determining your base tuition, you will need to add any applicable variable tuition rates. Variable tuition is applied to programs that require specialized equipment, equipment maintenance costs and high contact hours of instruction.

  • A variable tuition rate of $80 per credit hour, in addition to the standard tuition rate, will be applied to all courses in Automotive Technology, Diesel Power Technology, Esthetics, Radiologic Technology, Registered Nursing, Technology & Manufacturing, Therapeutic Massage and Welding Technology programs.
Step 3: Textbook Costs

Textbooks are included with your tuition charges. You may opt out of receiving your textbooks if you choose. For more information visit Textbooks page.

2025-2026 Cost of Attendance (COA)

Based on 15 credits per semester for both fall and spring (nine months), including tuition ($160 per credit). Go to Estimate Your Tuition to estimate your specific class schedule.
