NOTE: Dates are subject to change at any time. Dates apply to students with a completed financial aid file. Delays in documentation submission can impact disbursement dates. Funds are applied to direct costs up until the refund dates indicated. Any eligible refund applied after the initial refund dates will be processed on the Thursday of the following week.

Jan. 7 | MAP, Pell, FSEOG and Student Loans applied to accounts for returning students. |
Jan. 8 | Funds available for Kish Store. |
Feb. 15 | TIV Refund Date. |
Feb. 19 | Loans applied for first-time borrowers. Eligible refunds as a result issued on Feb. 22. |
March 24 | Late-start PELL and second disbursement of Spring-only loans. |
March 31 | Deadline for Foundation scholarships. |
April 1 | Deadline for Boulos Foundation scholarships. |
April 15 | Priority deadline for Academic Achievement and Dual Credit scholarships. |
